Pricing and Order Terms

1. All prices quoted are given as Ex Works in Bali, Indonesia.
2. Minimum order quantity per item is US$50.00, except during visiting buying / sourcing trips where their is no minimum.
3. Minimum total order value is US$4,000.00. For any LCL (Less Container Load) orders, quotes will be given separately.

Payment Terms

1. Telegraph Transfer or Letter of Credit.
2. Sea Shipment – 50% deposit is required to start production, full balance payment to be paid within 7 days of receipt copy of shipping documents from us by fax or email.
3. Air Shipment – 50% deposit is required to start production, full balance payment to be paid prior to shipment of goods.

• No cancellations are accepted once orders have been confirmed

Sampling Terms
All customers requesting samples will be charged for both the samples and freight cost.

Delivery Time
Production lead times vary according to the number and type of items ordered, and the time of year at which orders are placed. Production times are most commonly 45 to 70 days for most items. All goods are made to order. At the time of order we will send you a pro-forma invoice and advise you of the specific delivery schedule. Our production and delivery time frame estimations starts from the day of the receipt of funds as a deposit.

Claims Procedures
In the event that damaged products are received, please send us notification of such damages within 48 hours of receiving the goods, along with pictures on your complaint claim. We take our role as quality controllers extremely seriously and exercise the utmost diligence and care in respect to this process. In the unlikely event that products are not delivered as agreed, claims are honored and processed accordingly.
