Upon ordering and purchasing your items, CraftNetwork Indonesia will monitor progress and quality during production, collect goods for packing and shipping, and organize pickup for cargo shipping.  CraftNetwork Indonesia and the manager assigned to your order maintains the highest level of quality control throughout the complete production process.

Cargo Shipping
CraftNetwork Indonesia can organize all shipping and cargo packing for all order items.  All ‘sea’ cargo shipments are calculated per cubic meter and charged in US dollars.  If you wish to organize your own shipping, CraftNetwork Indonesia can connect you with several shipping companies with which we maintain strong relationships. 

Upon departure of your order from Bali you will be notified and given contact details of our appropriate shipping agent in your country, and a copy of the documentation (‘bill of laden’) when available.  When your order nears arrival, CraftNetwork Indonesia's shipping agent will contact you to provide updates and organize domestic shipping.

Our service includes delivery to our shipping agents distribution center, upon which the agent can also arrange domestic delivery to your final destination (at an additional charge).

Additional Charges
Some countries impose a Goods and Services Tax (GST) on imported items. Our shipping agent will have more details for you on these charges. Insurance is payable on order items calculated by a percentage of invoice total.

 Buying Trips
CraftNetwork Indonesia assists you, the buyer through every step of the purchasing process.  We can organize accommodation, meetings with producers, drivers and transportation services, and any other personal services you require for your buying trip, including recreational activities for your time in Bali (tours, golf, scuba diving, fishing, etc.).

You are escorted everyday all-day by a designated CraftNetwork Indonesia Account Manager who will serve as your guide, maintain item list and invoices, and create a digital picture catalogue of any items the buyer desires.  Your personal digital catalogue list is updated each day and ready to review at anytime in either hard copy or available through our website.

Our office center and all its facilities are available to our buyers during their time in Bali.  Facilities include private offices, international telephone and fax services, and broadband Internet access.  During your stay buyer’s have full access to our CraftNetwork Indonesia transport.
